Hi Debbie, Sorry I meant to email you once I got my machine running. I.LOVE.IT LOL seriously I love this machine. Am still learning on it (only because I am the only admin of 10 stations so I do things in fits and starts lol) I have gotten caught up with all accountability tags (for the firefighters who carry 2 - 1 for on scene (white) and 1 for interior attack (red) and their ID cards I am attempting (only just started) to create a First Response card with their Valid and Expiry on it - this time in portrait orientation. It will look very cool once I get things figured out. Thank you again

You've been great! Your equipment and supplies have significantly cut my costs and dramatically decreased how long it takes to get a new card into a customer's hands.

First, a thank you: You promised that the pre-printed cards that I received last week would be as good as the samples that I provided to you. In fact, they are better; the colour is richer, brighter.
